  • If an order has not started and cannot be started due to a technical issue or service unavailability.

  • In such cases, the amount will be refunded to your panel balance.

✅ b) Partial Orders

  • If a service is marked as Partial and not fully delivered, a refund will be issued for the remaining undelivered quantity only.

  • Refund amount is calculated automatically by the system.

✅ c) Canceled Orders

  • If an order is Canceled by the system or administrator, a full refund will be credited to your account balance.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Order completed successfully

  • Order marked as In Progress

  • User provided incorrect or invalid link/username

  • Service drop due to platform updates or algorithm changes

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)

  • Change of mind after placing an order

  • Violation of our Terms of Use


4. No Refund to Original Payment Method

  • All refunds are credited as panel balance only.

  • We do not refund to original payment methods (UPI, cards, crypto, wallets, etc.).

  • Account balance can be reused for future orders.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in:

    • Account suspension or termination

    • Permanent ban from our services

Please contact support before opening any dispute.


6. Service Descriptions & Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for reading the service description carefully before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for misunderstandings regarding speed, quality, refill time, or drop rate.


7. Processing Time

  • Eligible refunds are usually processed automatically or within 24–72 hours.

  • In rare cases, manual verification may take longer.


8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:

  • Abuse or misuse of services is detected

  • Multiple refund attempts are made unfairly

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
